To enroll, you will need to visit our office to complete enrollment paperwork.
Enrollment is available by-appointment, or you may visit during our walk-in hours. Please call 316-369-8667 or email contact@ictnorthstardriving.com to make an appointment.
While some forms can be completed digitally, the State of Kansas requires that the DE-99 form must be completed in-person.Please bring the student who is enrolling & forms of identification (birth certificate, social security card, and proof of address) with you to your enrollment appointment.

Our course consists of two sections: classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training.
The classroom instruction consists of an 8-hour in-person course and a final exam. You must complete the in-person course and pass the exam with an 80% or higher to advance to the behind-the-wheel training.
Behind-the-wheel training is completed in 6 hours. Students will complete a driving test at the end of their driver training. -
Students wishing to enroll should make an enrollment appointment.
At the appointment, students (& parent/guardian, if student is under the age of 18) will complete the following forms:
DE-99 Drivers Education Permit Application. *Please bring 2 forms of ID and proof of address (Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, and proof of address)
Student Enrollment Agreement
Classroom Policy & Procedures Agreement
Payment Agreement & Deposit
Please be prepared to pay the $150 deposit and present the student’s proof of identity and address at this time.

proof of lawful presence (birth certificate, passport)
proof of identity (social security card)
proof of Kansas residency (utility bill, parent/guardian bill)
Prescription glasses or contacts (if needed)

The cost of the course is $369. A $150 deposit is required at enrollment. All other payments are due prior to the scheduling or beginning of any behind-the-wheel training.
*Payment does not guarantee passing of the course. Students must pass both the written & driving exam to successfully complete their training.

Students must be 14 years of age or older to enroll in the course. Kansas has a graduated drivers license program. Information for teen drivers can be found on the KS Department of Revenue’s website by clicking here.
